The room was disgusting. Mold, stains, dirt, dirty toilet, rust and cockroaches!!!! I have yet to get a refund! We checked out immediately after lugging all of our stuff into the room. Have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay.

The paperwork we had said check-in was at 3pm. We arrived then only to be told that check-in "started" at 3pm & a room was not available. We went & sat by the pool. When we came back in at 5pm, there was someone completing their check-in. Then we were told they may not have a room for us yet! And that they just had a bus load of ppl coming in. Only 1 housekeeper. Why didn't they hold a room for us knowing we were right there at the pool? The person standing in front of me got his room. Side note, not a very well stocked breakfast.

I liked everything about this hotel, and I would stay here again. I highly recommend that you consider staying here as well. It's not that far from the beach which you may not like, however, for places to eat and shop, this is the place to stay.

Will is very friendly, quick to fix things, and a great addition to the Comfort Suite staff. Twice my room door was found ajar when I returned to the hotel. The breakfast selections does not compete with other hotels. I recommend making better selections available to all hotel guests as opposed to the 'getting by' selections which were presented at the Jenks Avenue hotel.
