Ants
When we arrived I opened the dishwasher which had dirty dishes and a gazillion ants. My communication with the company by way of a “robot” asked silly questions like how many are there, take a picture so we can resolve your problem. Just telling them we have a lot of ants should be information enough. Then they said spray with vinegar. Gee I forgot to pack the vinegar.

Overall pleasant stay.
The planned stay was to visit family and friends in the local PSJ area. The property was nicely appointed, however as noted by previous guest, the housekeeping left a lot to be desired especially since my rental was for a 7-day stay. I did not realized/nor was it published that NOT ALL rooms include a TVs and the primary locations require login to Applications (Apps)-NO LOCAL news broadcast stations. This was extremely disappointing!!! My recommendation is that the cleaning team ensure the vacuum and dryer filter are cleaned/emptied. I consider the dryer filter a fire hazard! Recommend that the limited number of TVs is published in the description as well as access to TV programming.

This house has plenty of room for an extended family. The beach is a little far, but has a direct path perfect for a wagon. Great time, beach is nice and quiet. Highly recommend

Exorbitant fees
The total fees & taxes were more than the 2 day rental fee! I had to pay 2 booking fees; one to VRBO & one to the property manager, Vacasa. The rental fee quote on VRBO should include all of the property owner/manager's fees. The mandatory $225 cleaning fee is the same regardless of number of people (2) or number of nights (2). We were also charged by Vacasa for a "limited damage waiver" that I declined when booking.

The house was just as listed, fit our family of 10. The kitchen was nicely stocked, (toaster needs replaced). Pool and beach were nice, it was not crowded. This was a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Excellent home at a great location to walk to the beach or pool! Highly recommend!!
Everything was wonderful. I would recommend this beautiful rental and would definitely rebook. Great place to unwind and enjoy your family time together. Very clean and perfect for the kids to walk and ride their scooters and explore! The home was beautiful!

It was a beautiful property and area. Beach and pool nice. However, no hot tub no basketball hoop. Also, plan on buying hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags. One of the hand soaps actually had soap out of all three bathrooms.

Parking Boat
Dont stay at this property or any property in Windmark if you are bring a boat. The property does not allow boat parking security cones to the property within less than 5 mins every day to tell you that you can not park a boat. Also the association will not allow renters to park in the boat parking lot. The property management company does not disclose in the parking. Also does not provide optional boat parking.
