The community features two pools, a clubhouse, and a lake for catch and release fishing and turtle pond. Just moments to the white sandy beaches and close to lots of local favorites. Unit 91 sits close to both pools and has a nice screened back patio and a front covered parking area. Relaxing & quiet part of PCB! Club house has Ping Pong - shuffle board - workout room. 1.5 mile streets for walking - biking - running. 2 fish and release ponds.

Very clean, convenient and quiet. Small bedrooms but very little time spent there so it was perfect. No Wi-Fi or at least no code given. Would recommend.

Nice location/ dirty house
The location was good. Bedrooms VERY small. But mostly it needs to be cleaned!!!!!! There were cockroach traps everywhere. I’m unsure how they are charging a cleaning fee because I assure you it was not cleaned before we arrived, dirt and grass all over the first rug inside the door. I have pics if needed.

I am not a millennial. I am 75 years old upon entering the unit it was a sad disappointment. This unit needed to be remodeled for sure, very dirty on the walls. The unit itself needed repairs in many places. It was not cleaned properly the linens for very cheap, very thin and stained. The smell of the unit itself was horrible very musty, moldy smell that lasted for 31 days, the pots and pans were so badly scratched and chipped. They should’ve been thrown away, mold on the shower curtain. The registers were very horrible dirty, so filthy that the white bedding skirt was turned black I am giving this review as a warning think again before renting this unit, unless it has been remodeled, very dirty, along with cockroaches, also very unhappy with what I was charged double the amount . Would never again rent this unit renter beware !!!

This is a small two bedroom mobile home with a closed in porch. Bedrooms are small, mattress pad stained, insect problems dead and alive (pics on request), disappointed. Communication with the host was fine until we checked in...then nothing.

Was not clean mold was awful see bugs.
If it was clean it would of been ok took a day to clean where mold smell wasn't so bad it was just dirty,location was good if the rental was cleaned been ok ask owner to refund cleaning charge no reply from him on any thing,told him I had a small bird he said I didnt.many nice clean units there for rent check them out. He also say you have to clean when you leave.why did I pay a cleaning charge.??We left it clean very clean.wouldn't recommend to any one see all his rules before even thinking about it. Also other units are less a night and nice and clean .I rent every year never had this happen before There were bugs there too and the washer and dryer is a one piece unit not useful.We kept our stuff in plastic containers.I have pictures of all this owner never contacted us period.My friend and I are in our 70's didn't need this problem. Next time do more checking.Hope this helps wish I had check him and his place out better.Never had to leave a review like this before,the location is good lots more units that rent .

When i booked the reservation it say 2 rooms one with a double bed and the other room would have a double bed, a bunk bed and a twin bed (we paid for that) reaching the place one room has a double bed and the other room only a bunk bed, the place was clean i can give credit for that
