The property was clean, and was close to the airport. The gal at the front desk was wearing a mask, that bothers me, we couldn't hear her, and she would not speak up. So if your employees feel the need to wear a mask, they need to talk louder. Personally it a put off to be greeted by someone wearing a mask. So un-welcoming!

Alllow HVAC fan to be placed in on mode all night. This allows guest to drown out noises from hallway and avoids noisy compressor starts.
