The hotel was very nice, with friendly staff who spoke English well and who were always eager to help. They used every opportunity to make my wife and I feel welcome and accomodated our needs flawlessly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Needs serious remodeling. The tub leaked when showering and water followed the tile out to the room. The shower curtain was not clean and some of the curtain holders were missing or rusted off. The closet wouldn't stay shut and the light stayed on all the time. There is no place to get ice, you need to call room service for ice. Come on Radisson, update this hhotel. Its in a great location. The staff makes up for all the other problems.

Panama December 2017 stay

Pros: The staff and location.
Cons: The A/C at times didn't cool the room but it wasn't all that bad.
Location: Great location. Close to the parks, the metro and the malls
Radisson Decapolis Panama City is a very nice place stay. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you find the sites and locations of restaurant in Panama. The rooms were very nice and clean---overall the hotel is very nice, good food and friendly staff.

Great location

We got in early from a long plane ride and were able to check I early. We didn't like our view of a building so I called down and they changed our room to a spectacular view of the ocean with the beautiful Panama City skyline. It made us very happy. The hop on hop off bus was just around the block at the mall right across the street which was super handy for us. Also you can go to the casino and the mallon the 3rd floor skyway so you don't even have to go outside. We also emailed our boarding passes to have the hotel print them out and before I knew it they slipped them under our door. The staff were all very nice and helpful and I would definitely stay there again.
