I was charged $50 for parking that I wasn’t told about. Charged $160 something that said refund due that I have never received. Parking was terrible. Elevators was so slow. Very unfriendly security. Will not be back.

I was asked to pay a cleaning fee, I understand the need for this. But imagine my surprise when I arrived to my unit # 404. I found the ceiling fans to be thick with dust. The lint trap in the dryer was full with about 2 1/2 inches of compacted lint. I have a picture of this I can share if needed. I am sure to the point of a fire hazard. There is a board on the floor in the hallway that is completely unsecured from the floor. This caused several almost falls during our stay. When we took a pan out of the cabinet it appeared to have the remains of some biscuits on it. This pan was on the top, and easily seen when the cabinet door was opened. There was a problem with the door that made it difficult to close. There were 2 pillows that no pillow cases could be found for. We did stop a lady with a housekeeping cart one day and ask for pillow cases. She kindly told us that she could not help us. In the lobby area the only persons that seemed to have a desire to help were the ladies in the gift shop. Any other staff member I spoke to on the lobby level seemed to be “ put out”, when I spoke to them. I only spoke to them the day I arrived, and the day I left. I did not confront them with any of the problems I have listed. My friends and I have stayed at this location for 2 years now. Last years stay was very pleasant. And this years stay will not keep me from returning next year. We love the location. And hope that this experience was not one we can expect in years to come.

WARNING! be extra careful when selecting this property...the pictures looks great but everything there is broken, old and have not been upgraded. Staff is not friendly and they don’t seem to have answer to what you asked. My room was horrible everything was broken and dirty. Even Motel 8 does a better job then these people! Elevator feels Like it about to fall apart. Parking... well good luck with that. The pool was the only A+ everything else a disappointment. My husband and I took pictures of all the broken items and the kitchen which was disgusting and went straight to property management and showed them our unit. She was a wonderful lady and was shocked of all the things that was broken and hazardous to consumers especially if you have children. She found us another unit at another building(Majestic) and we were able to check out the place first before she moved us there. It was much nicer n clean!

The condos communication with the guest was terrible. They were not accommodating at all. The security guards at the pool were ridiculous. Families couldn't even relax and enjoy their vacation due to Paul Blart mall cop scrutinizing their every move. And the wait for the elevators was absurd! Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for one. This was the absolute worst condo I have ever stayed at and will never be back!

we did not like that we was suppose to have a ocean view and instead we had a view of the pool. it was pretty but not ocean view pretty

I have medical conditions and needed a lower floor stay they put us on top floor with half the elevators out of service I stayed in the room 80% of the time bec I couldn’t stand long enough to wait for a elevator the room was terrible it was confirmed by jonathon at resort collections that we mistakenly were put in a 4 person room which my 16 year old son had to sleep on hard tile floor took 3 days to get a response from hotel 10 diff travelocity reps and still have no satisfaction, promised a 200 credit to date it has not yet been applied we were sent to hotel front desk by travelocity 8 times and they referred us back to Travelocity oh what a horrible stay and this is our 8th time staying here

Awful hidden fees, rude pool security

Won't ever stay here again

Pros: The beach
The elevators in this place are horrible. There are only 4 elevators for a place with 23 floors with who knows how many condos. Not to mention they have no air conditioning or fan for any air flow at all in them, so you're ridiculously hot after waiting for a half an hour just to get onto an elevator. Also, the room is only cooled with a window air unit (at least in the studio rooms), so the bathrooms are really hot and muggy constantly. The unit itself was nice otherwise, and the beach was amazing. The pool looked really nice, but was dirty most of the time and the staff played favorites on who had to actually follow pool etiquette rules. Also, we booked through Resort Collection and after getting there to check in (which was a complete hassle and they didn't make it easy and weren't friendly) we had to pay additional fees for the unit to be cleaned, which should have been included in my opinion. And the "check in" time is at 4 pm, even though they charge you for that full day, and you have to pay an early check in fee if you want to check in and get to your room early. The location is beautiful, no doubt about that, but the stay and staff itself were not very pleasant. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.
