For the specific unit we stayed in, the place was clean but there were cleaning supplies left out at 4pm. We left to get some food and came back at 6pm and most of the cleaning supplies were removed, but not all. There was no TP in the unit. We asked at the desk and they said that was our problem. I emailed customer service and still have not received a reply. Its not enough to make me not stay here again, the property was great, beach front, great view, great location for keeping entertained. Just communication was sorely lacking.
