10 year anniversary
The hotel is really well situated close to restaurants and metro links. It’s stylish without being overbearing, the best thing about the hotel are it’s staff. They were without exception friendly, smiling and nothing was a problem. They asked what our visit was for and we said it was our 10 year anniversary, they upgraded the room and after we had returned from dinner we were congratulated by people we hadn’t met before and the team had signed a card, covered the bed in balloons and left champagne and a chocolate brownie! It really blew us away. Great food also and cocktails on the 16th bar! Well priced and will definitely be back! A special shout out to Zaya who was genuinely exceptional!

The whole hotel is unique with a iPad to control the lights, tv and blinds. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable bed .. rooms is on bit tight side but features like ipad controlled on tv, lighting etc is good.
