The room I had certainly did not match the photo of what I thought I was booking. Also, internet access problems throughout my stay. Had to do some work, so this was very upsetting. Plus they were ripping up the sidewalks on either side of the block--very noisy in the nearby area. The only upside, was the hotel desk people spoke English & were very nice. Though I had a light out in the bathroom that was never replaced.
