Hotel staff were very friendly and helped us out when we had questions. Spoke limited English but we’re open to trying and again very friendly. A couple of younger front desk staff spoke English better which made things easier as my wife and I don’t speak and French unfortunately. The shuttle service to the airport however is an issue. This service is independent from the hotel owners and needed to be booked in advance which was fine. The shuttle driver couldn’t speak any English and appeared very rude and abrupt and seemed to have very little patience with attempted communication. Even when you can’t speak each other’s language, at least you can be friendly with a smile, and most times things can be figured out with a few laughs. Sorry to the Hotel but this reflects poorly on your business, which is good. The driver needs to change or get a new one.
