Very small lobby with limited services. Very limited on any food and drinks. They had a hard, if not an impossible time making change. After being on a 14 hour tour we picked up a sandwich for a late dinner and they would not let us sit at the 3 or 4 tables they have in the lobby. Staff there is a revolving door. In 3 days, 2 nights we never saw the same person twice. Maria and Rafaella were helpful and nice. The rest of the staff was pleasant enough but not necessary helpful. Bathroom did not have a toilet tissue holder without a convenient place to put it. That was a first for me. I guess the floor worked. Hotel was convenient to the train and the Eiffel Tour is within walking distance. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. It was an ok place to sleep.
