The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. They were renovating and painting so we could smell the paint

Hotel was under construction . The noise was loud. When completed would be a nice cheaper alternative to staying in a more residential areas. 5 min walk to train station and 10 min walk to Eifel tower

Paris Stay at the Hotel Eiffel St. Charles

My daughter and I had a marvelous time for our first trip to Paris! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Muhammad is absolutely enjoyable to talk with, and gave us excellent directions around the city. The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and the metro is very accessible. There is a fabulous creperie just steps from the hotel as well. We were able to visit the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, cruise around the Seine, and have some wonderful meals for our Christmas vacation in Paris! We will definitely plan to stay here again on a return visit!

Great location near Eiffel

Cons: No free Internet
Though the rooms were small, this medium cap hotel offered lots of charm and sophistication. It is a well run hotel in a great neighborhood.

Rooms small, but near big attractions.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
Rooms were typical center city size (i.e., small). Great custmer service. Comfortable bed, flat screen. Windows open out to the street. Good neighborhood. Small company that makes a very good impression. Overall, I liked their hotel.
