Nice family hotel with pool

The weather was very hot. The rooms do not have air conditioning. It was so hot in the rooms could not sleep! Staff was very nice and understanding and refunded the rest of the stay as we needed to switch hotels . Also very far from Paris city center . The food was good too. The hotel would probably be great in the cooler weather . Pool was pretty nice too.

Nice staff, quiet rooms

Pros: Location outside the circle that requires emission stickers for Paris, but close to RER
Cons: Wifi, conditioner, Travelocity reservation accurarcy
Location: Mall is nearby as is the metro into Paris. Get the all day Mobilis pass zones 1-4.
So when I showed up, I was very worried because the hotel only had 1 room reserved for me, but I had already paid for 2 on Travelocity. Fortunately, I had cell service and was able to forward the email from Travelocity. The staff was very responsive and spent a lot of time getting us a second room. Although they were unable to get us adjacent rooms, they got us rooms as close as they could. The beds were typical European firm mattress. My wife was dissappointed they didn't have conditioner for her shower. We had picked the rate with breakfast included. It was great. In addition to the typical cheese, meats, breads, yogurt and croissants, they also had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals and an area where you could boil or fry your own eggs. The wifi was overloaded the first evening to the point of uselessness, but was better the next day.

Great Hotel! Great Food! Horrible Parking!!!!!

Pros: Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was really tasty!
Cons: The underground parking was very difficult for us in a Audi A6.
Location: Great crepe restaurant across the street in the shopping area.
We drive an Audi A6 Avant. The underground parking was nearly impossible. There are horrible corners and it is tricky to get out. We found it impossible to maneuver our midsize vehicle in and out. Friendly staff.....Great Food for breakfast and a nice clean spacious room. Close to Disney & Paris.
