All I did was sleep there. Yes it is small but really clean and neat. I like the location of it too. Good just for two people who just really need to sleep and not stay there all day

I liked the bathroom very clean. I also liked that there were bed side lights and switches near the bed so you don't have to stand up and turn the lights off.

The hotel is not maintained at all, the breakfast and the main check-in area's ceiling damaged you can see a visible water damage all over the place. WIFI never worked not even one day during my stay. first day no hot water. there was days when housekeeping took all towels and left none. breakfast is ok ( coffee, croissants. cheese, baguette, apple and oranges) . rooms are really tiny no dresser for your cloths, no alarm clock, no fridge. bed mattress not comfortable. Hotel is located next to a residential building NOT A QUIET AREA, you hear kids playing and screaming all day long when they are playing on the ground floor outside the hotel and at night the noise from the heavy traffic road.

Good location (although did not feel safe around the hotel, lots of kids/teenagers quite loud around the hotel and in parking) Free parking, air conditioning which is quite uncommon for Paris, close to shops/restaurants...
