The Space:
The perfect place for a romantic getaway in the heart of Park City's historic district, this beautifully decorated home will wow you at every turn.

Upon entrance to this well-appointed condo, guests will marvel at the high-end stone finishes throughout the home. The vast windows bring plenty of natural light, while the luxurious floor-to-ceiling windows give a classic elegance to the space. The living room boasts recliner leather seating, where you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in Park City. Snuggle up with blankets and a cup of hot cocoa while watching your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. The living room also features a couple of unique stone bar seating that overlooks the stunning Park City historic district, alongside spectacular forest and mountain views.

The fully-equipped kitchen is tastefully designed with stunning granite countertops, a unique stone bar stool seating, modern stainless steel appliances, and a wine rack. Whip up a delicious homemade meal and tell stories of your exciting day in Park City as you enjoy dinner. The master bedroom features a lovely queen-size bed, lounge seating, flat-screen TV, and access to a private outdoor balcony -- step out and breathe in the fresh mountain air while you stargaze at night with your loved one. Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only a couple of blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed.

The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Prime location
Great condo in the heart of the action. Couple blocks from town ski lift and smack in the middle of bars/restaurants. TVs could use some updating though (not sure they’re even wifi ready and pretty massive) so you could run apps or cast to them from your devices. Not ideal that you can’t control the temperature of the unit but otherwise had everything needed and was bright and clean.

Great stay once we figured out parking .
Once we figured out the parking situation the stay was wonderful. China Bridge parking garage is your best friend for overnight parking. Location was perfect with easy access to skiing, restaurants and shops.

Absolutely perfect!
The condo is stunning. Well appointed with everything you'll need. Views were gorgeous. Location is perfect for skiing and enjoying everything that Park City has to offer. We walked to the town lift every morning in our ski boots. Comms with property management were great. We cant say enough good things about our experience at this property. This is our new "go-to" place to stay for all future Park City visits. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Location, location, location!
I had trouble with the link to check-in, however response was quick to assist me. Unit was as described and convenient to downtown for summer activities. Not having a parking space might be a bigger problem in winter.

Great Location Ideal For Couple
This small condo is situated on the center of Park City's Main Street. It was clean and bright with a full kitchen and nice bathroom. It is perfect for a couple and has nice counter spaces for remote-workers with good views of town and the mountains. While it does have a small deck of the bedroom, it is quite tiny and there are no chairs/tables. The shared deck just upstairs offers nice views and a BBQ grill, however, there is no shade which can be a problem on hot summer afternoons/evenings. Since there is no on-site parking, the renters are required to find their own parking. The nearest public garage is called China Bridge, but there are signs indicating no overnight parking with towing, which seems to only be enforce during the winter starting in 2023. There is free daytime parking in the garage until 6pm but you need to be aware of special event parking days since the do tow. When you arrive at the unit, do not pull up to the crowded Main Street front side of the building but instead pull into the rear parking lot which offers free 1 hour parking until 6pm. The unit is on the fifth floor. The building elevator was down for most of our stay, which makes for a long walk up the stairs daily. The other unit owners we met indicated this was a regular occurrence with the elevator at this time. The water in the building and around town seems to have an unusual taste, so plan on bringing your own drinking water. Overall, we enjoyed our summer-time stay in this condo unit.

This property is great in every way. Great location...right in the middle of town. Close to walking/biking trails. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Great shower!! Comfy bed! We had a wonderful weekend. Will definitely stay here again ❤️
