Enjoy views of the lake, mountains and Deer Valley Ski slopes from the dining room, kitchen and balcony. Summer amenities in the complex include a communal pool & hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoops, playground and picnic area. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen that includes brand new stainless steel appliances, a French door refrigerator with an internal ice maker and water dispenser and a Bosch super quiet dishwasher. Do you love your coffee? Whether it's by Drip, French Press or Espresso, we've got you covered.

The freshly renovated condo features upgraded kitchen and bath counters, sink, fixtures and tile flooring. The master bedroom with attached bath includes a new King bed and a 42 inch Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a new Queen over Queen Bunk, and a desk to work if you must. A comfortable sleeper sofa with memory foam is in the living room. There is a full size blow up mattress with a pump.

The condo also includes a gas fireplace, cable TV and Smart TVs in the living room (50 inch) and in the Master Bedroom (42 inch), a BOSE speaker, a washer/dryer, and underground garage parking with 2 reserved spaces. Out on the deck; enjoy views of the lake and the slopes of Deer Valley. There is also a table and chairs set, and a gas BBQ with an extra tank located on the deck.

LOCAL MANAGER: Our local manager is available during your stay. He will arrange to meet you at the property to give you the door code and the keys and to show you how everything works OR he will give you the code to the front door.

PARKING: Guest may park 1 vehicle in the underground garage. Plus, the complex offers some additional outdoor, un-assigned parking spaces.

From our Fox Bay condo you are just minutes from premier winter skiing, convenient parking and complimentary overnight ski check at the Jordanelle Express Gondola.

Located above the Heber Valley, Jordanelle State Park is an all season mecca for outdoor enthusiasts. Along the shores of the Jordanelle Reservoir are three distinct recreation areas: Hailstone, Rock Cliff, and Ross Creek, which offer a variety of recreational opportunities for your summertime activities. Whether you plan on spending a day, weekend or more, Jordanelle offers some of the best picnicking, camping, boating, fishing, or hiking that you will find in Utah. Boats and kayaks can be hired at the Jordanelle State Park.

Jordanelle is your ideal winter destination offering you skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. Snowmobile rentals are available. In addition to the excellent skiing in Deer Valley and Park City, it’s less than an hour drive to reach Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude.

Historic Park City is about 15 minutes away with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, and several great golf courses are within a 15-20 minute drive of our condo. Heber City with many shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute drive.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund less a 3% service fee, if you cancel for any reason at least 60 days in advance of check-in. If you cancel LESS than 60-DAYS in advance of check-in AND WE ARE ABLE to RE-RENT your dates, you will receive a prorated refund. There is no refund If we are unable to re-rent your dates.
