Great Stay (Again!)
Everything was great. Didn't realize that we had stayed here at 1655 before! The unit itself is immaculate, fully stocked, and looks like it might have been updated recently. We like to stay in Lakeside, and this is one of the best units we've encountered. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. The location is sneaky-good. A path leads to the parking lot where you can grab the trolley thing right to Snow Park. It's 5-10 minutes max.

Great location
The property had everything we needed and was convenient for our ski trip to Deer Valley. There were 6 of us and the unit was spacious enough for us all. It was a short walk to catch the shuttle to and from the ski resort. And it was nice the hot tub was so close to the unit. The only thing I did not realize when reviewing the rental was the bedroom with 2 beds on the main floor does not have any windows. Also the dishwasher was not working so we had to hand wash everything. Otherwise the place was perfect, we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, old unit
This unit was in the Lakeside community, which is very close to the Deer Valley base. The location was awesome. We could take the shuttle to the mountain, and it was so easy. When we arrived, the dishwasher wasn’t working. Nobody had informed us of this before our arrival, and we were traveling with three small children. Also, many of the smaller aspects of the unit were not in great shape. The plumbing is old, the hairdryer didn’t work, and all of the amenities are very old. However, the location and the ability to use the shuttle is really handy for a ski trip. The layout is interesting. My kids slept right off the living room in a windowless room and in the upstairs loft, which means that it is hard to use the common areas at night if the kids are sleeping in those rooms. We didn’t mind that because we all went to bed early. The downstairs bedrooms are a nice size, and it is nice having a bathroom on the first floor. We would likely come back to this unit again if they fixed the dishwasher and upgraded some of the amenities like the hair dryer and kitchen supplies. Also, the common pool and hot tubs in this condo community are not that nice. So if a hot tub and pool is essential to your trip, this may not be the place for you. It’s a five star location and a three star unit.

Family ski trip
The place was very clean and convenient for skiing at Deer Valley. We had a short walk to the parking lot where we caught the parking lot shuttle. The shuttle was pretty much always there, we never had to wait more than a couple minutes. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely equipped. We had trouble entering the property because the door code didn't work. The answering service provided an emergency entry code and was very responsive but was never able to get their service group to supply a working door code for our trip. They also never stopped by to replace the battery in a fire alarm that went bad during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the property.

Great time in Park City
The property is in an excellent location if you intend to ski at Deer Valley which is a five-minute walk away. The property needs updating but certainly served our purpose which was a boys’ ski trip for me and my 2 adult sons. The hallway lights were not functional which made navigating the stairs challenging at night. The condo has only one heating zone upstairs so the temperature on the lower level where there are 2 bedrooms is about 10 degrees cooler. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to prepare our own breakfast each morning before a day of skiing. The gas fireplace is great. We arrived at the property at 3:45 PM (check in was at 4:00) and the code did not work. I called TurnKey and was told that the code would work at 4:00 PM. It did not work and I had to call back to get another code. Other than that, and the lights, I have no complaints.

Very nice home!
This community is the closest housing to the main lodge at deer valley. It is a short walk (5 mins) to the lodge or a very short drive (2 mins) if you don't want to carry your skis.

We appreciated the flexibility on check out and easy communication with the host. The location was perfect. We had an easy time riding the bus to and from Main Street
