Older room layouts and decor but very comfortable and right in the heart of downtown. Great hot tub area. Parking is tight but one spot per room is available. Larger group need to carpool in.

Could be Phenomenal

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, updated rooms, on main street
Cons: customer service
The rooms at Treasure Mountain Inn were fantastic and up to the standards of Park City clientele. However, their customer service was not so great. At check-in I was not acknowledge by the gentlemen sitting in a chair with a hoodie on. During the check-in I was told I was not allowed to check-in becuase I wasn't 25 years old (even though I paid for it already#. When my girlfriend, who is older, offered to put her name down the gentlmen made a big deal out of it. Instead of formally dealing with the opportunity he exaggerated the policies and told my soon to be fiance #yes I was proposing to her that night) that there are huge consequences if she puts her name down. Apparently I was profiled as a big party animal even though I was getting this room for a special night. Then the gentlmen made a rude comment saying "I guess that is the benefit of dating an older women. That is what I do." First, it is disrespectful to talk about a women's age. Secondly, it was condescending. Not a good way to start a suprising eveing with a bad taste in your mouth. Anyways after fifteen minutes passed we were delighted to see how beautiful the room was. It must have been updated recently because the room was that nice. The room wasn't too far from the hottub either so that was a plus. In addition, it wasn't just the check-in service that was bad. All three employees that we interacted with during our stay did not communicate with eachother nor acknowledged us as we walked by. Treasure Mountain Inn has the potential to be outstanding. They have the rooms and the perfect location. All they need now is better customer service. If they want to attend to certain clientele like I was told, then their customer service should represent those standards.

a comfortable and quiet accommodation.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Husband and I highly recommend Treasure Mtn Inn. First impression upon entering: Wow how pretty. Beautiful unit with gorgeous tile & granite bath stainless kitchen amenities very comfortable living room furniture. Separate bedroom with ultra luxurious beds. Nicely decorated throughout. Unit not large but more than adequate for 3 of us. Good location to downtown - right on main street - walk to restaurants and shopping- covered parking included- a real plus because Park City requires a sticker for on street parking. Only downside for us is no pool - but we didnt really care because there is a very nice hot "tub" - its HUGE. 2 tv's Dvd movies at desk to rent. Pretty facility very clean very cozy. Loved our short stay here and would definitely re- book.

Everything great EXCEPT for bed. Saggy mattress = miserable sleep!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, kitchen
Cons: poor mattress
Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and well-appointed; it even had a small kitchen. The location on Main St. in Park City couldn't have been more perfect! It was very close to restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Free parking right next to the building. Unfortunately, it wasn't until late when we went to bed that we realized the mattress was saggy and lumpy. It was one of the most miserable night's sleep we have had in a hotel/condo in many years. If it wasn't for the mattress, I would have given a 4 or even 5 positive rating. I think each unit is privately owned, so some may be better than others. I urge management to replace the bed in #42.
