Run down, dirty, TV not working even in 2nd room that I was moved to. Rooms were not vacuumed, no iron or hangers, only 2 plugs in whole room/bathroom worked, no screens on windows.

How Many Names?

Cons: CHANGE THE SIGN TO YOUR HOTEL TO FIT THE CORRECT BRAND!!!! Its sad that youre giving Red roof Inn and Travelodge a BAD NAME!
Location: NOTHING!
I had a TERRIBLE stay! I am an employee at a chain hotel, I thought I had booked at Travelodge, I had to drive 1 hour (55 Miles) I stopped at the Holiday INN and another Motel for directions because I could NOT find Travelodge, Once I found the place -by looking at the street Number- It was NOT travelodge it was La Miracle or whatever NOW this is funny, in my email it said to right a review on my stay at the Red Carpet Inn in Whippany when IT WAS IN ANEVEL NJ .....Once I got there the guy working the counter refused to check me in early, I was there at 1:20pm, He told me I had to wait until 3pm to check in but he will let me check in for 2pm if Im willing to wait... doesnt make sense, but I took the offer to check in at 2pm, While I sat in the lobby with my finace' a man walked in and requested a room, this gentleman was checked in without a problem, remind you I work at a hotel, I have 5 years of experience, I know the check in process and whats guaranteed and whats not... mostly I know how to treat guests. Anyways, after the gentleman left the lobby area (boxed area) I asked the man at the desk why he was checked in but I had to wait? The guy told me because he was a walk in and I had a reserved room. OK. Whats wrong with this situation? 1. He didnt please all or any of his guests 2. He made a guaranteed reservation wait in his lobby because he didnt want to check the guest in early and properly. 3. He threatened me with a charge for checking in early if I had a problem.

It was terrible the hotel room smelled old the wifi was terrible the tv was old and couldn't see the channels along with only a few channels worst experience
