My family has stayed here before, it is always clean and quiet. Close to restaurants and stores. Very safe area. Breakfast included is amazing and always delicious.

Great hotel Love that there The staff was frien

Pros: It was clean
Cons: Can't think of anything it was really nice
Location: For me the location was great it was near my daughters house and we've gone there to to celebrate my great granddaughter's first birthday
The pool is great and hot tub and weight room really enjoyed my three day stay there if I go that way again I sure will stay there

Pros: Fairly new..large rooms..clean
Location: business trip..close to where I neded to be.
Breakfast bar was ready on time..and even a bit earlier . GREAT

Huge value

We had a 2bed mini suite. The "living room" part had a fold-out couch, coffee table, other chair & faced the kitchen/office space. It was fantastic. The "bedroom" portion was a bit tight on space, but really who cared because the living room was grand. As for the beds-- we all wish we'd looked at the brand to replace our own mattresses. No backaches for anyone. The breakfast was awesome, too (hard boiled or scrambled eggs, sausage gravy/biscuits along with all the normal breads) in a nice area. I highly recommend.

BE AWARE!!!

I asked for the one in Moses Lake and I was booked into an Amerisuites in Pasco/WA. Being from Canada I trusted the agent that Pasco was close to Moses Lake. Turns out they are totally different locations, when I went to change the reservation it was changed but I was also charged full price for the 1st one because they have a no cancellation policy. This is a shady way to do business and we will NEVER book with Amerisuites again for anything because of this experience. "

Great Hotel

I was traveling with two little boys by myself. The staff at this hotel were all wonderful, hepful and friendly. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great variety as we stayed there 4 days so we had lots of choices of what to eat.
