The door to our room would not latch properly and the lock at the top of the door was broken. When the supervisor came to look at it, she said she would be sure to put a work order in so that”the next guest wouldn’t have to deal with that”. I asked for a different room because I didn’t feel safe in a room that the door didn’t latch and she said there was nothing they could do. The door jam had a crack all the way up and when you tried to push it closed it popped right open. Anyone could push it in from outside as there was no way to secure it. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe all night. I would have found another hotel but it was late and I didn’t have the extra funds to pay for another hotel room.

First, made a reservation and the Red Lion Inn wouldnt change the date. So, I had to pay double for a one night stay. Secondly, the first room they assigned to us smelled of smoke. So, they moved us to a new room. However, that room the air conditioner didnt work. We did notify them but no offer to refund or comp anymore. I would never recommend thus hotel. Zero customer service.

I thought they had a very good breakfast. Rooms were clean.Although the room add no coffee pot, one bar of soap for two sinks and a bathtub. No handrail to grab to get into the shower. Shower very slippery.

Staff were wonderful, but the property has seen better days. Much of the decor was dated and in disrepair (bathroom tiles were cracked and discolored.)
