"Just spent 5 nights at Sugar Bay Resort with 2 other couples. All staff are courteous and attentive and very friendly. The bar and buffet staff went above and beyond to satisfy our every need (Marko, Jaleni to name a few) Two milestone birthdays were being celebrated and the staff went all out to make it special, even providing us with gifts!.The property is small, which is ideal for mature older couples. There is no loud music blaring or constant poolside games going on by an entertainment committee, which makes for a very relaxing time. Great live singers every night by the beach was a lovely way to end the day. My only complaints are about the rooms. Very large and spacious with all the amenities provided. However, our bathroom had sand on the floor the whole time we were there, and other than new supply of towels, we wouldn't have known if anything had been done in our bathroom. The sheets are extremely stiff, but the bed and pillows were fine. I would have liked for more from the cleaning staff. The food at the Reef is excellent with a very large variety daily. Sizzle was somewhat disappointing. The steaks were not a superior grade. The afternoon tea by the water was a fun extra. There is no shortage of food all day long. Great burgers and other options at the pub! We were given a lunch wrist band after checking out to allow us one last meal before being picked up for the airport which was really nice. Super attentive staff, we had a really lovely time there. "

"Fantastic property, truly a resort. The beautiful, grand building is accentuated with a 'picture perfect' grounds, includingseveral beatiful swimming pools and a historic fort and lighthouse. The staff is friendly and efficient. We had a wonderful time in Barbados and the largest reason is the Hilton Resort."

"We were delighted with the property. It was so spacious and tastefully decorated. The amenities were in abundance. The cleanliness was excellent. Loved that we had the outdoor space to enjoy too. My two teenage sons thought it was fantastic and enjoyed the space it afforded them. Our only (slight ) negative was that the menu at the Sugar Cafe was misleading. It was very expensive for what we were given. By the time we had our sitting they had run out of a lot of the ingredients; they were brilliant in that they still made us meals out of what they had, however there was no adjusting the bill and it was very expensive. Added to the fact they charged in USD which was misleading. If we are lucky enough to return to Barbados we would definitely be returning to Beach View ! Thank you ! "

"Enjoyed the wide varieties. Staff was excellent. The 2 Christopher's at the bar were great. Kernoll the waitress was always friendly n made us feel so comfortable as well of the rest of the staff. Been in barbados 6 times, first time here n it was a pleasant surprise. "
