This delightful four-bedroom, two-bath home has a lot to offer guests. The home offers beautiful Sound views as well as easy access to Santa Rosa Sound via the public beach at the east end of Largo Drive. The home has a large fenced yard ideal for travelers accompanied by pets.

The ground level of the home offers two bedrooms, one bath and a large living area. The top floor offers a large kitchen with granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. We had a wonderful vacay with our doggies here. We loved the backyard, the house n the neighborhood. All the restaurants are close and awesome! Host were easy to work with. House had all we needed. We hope to come back!

The house and location was great we love the pool the only thing that we didn’t like a was a guy came by to take pictures and another day another one came by and try to get inside the house without permission I don’t know who that was, but other then that kitchen need new pots and pans .

Great house. Been in the area before and liked it. House was clean and spacious. Slightly more maintenance correcting small things would made it a five star all around. (Nail loose deck boards down, remove dangling broken motion lights and just small stuff) But none of these impacted pur stay. Check in was easy and friendly. House was clean and had everything as advertised and as needed. The yard was impeecibly groomed and the pool clean and well maintained.

We made it work with some creative sleeping arrangements but I wouldn't have considered this great sleeping arrangements for 12 people. The pool and backyard space were great but the grill was not functional. The blinds on the side door were held up by screws and the lights and fans were all on dimmer switches which made it hard to use them separately. There were also not enough towels to shower a group of 12 people. Luckily there was a washer and dryer on site, I had to do laundry every day; not what I had hoped to do on vacation. The location was nice, close to the sound, we could walk to a small beach and a short drive to restaurants and beaches on the gulf side. There was a small broom and dustpan but it would have been nice to have cleaning supplies, lots of sand on the floors in Florida.

Extended Family Trip
We had ages 2-76 and 2 dogs at property. Pool was great, backyard was great for kids and dogs. Great location, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only a few minor “glitches” with things in the house. Nothing to ruin a vacation over, nor even to worry about. We’d definitely come back.
