The other guest had terrible kids a lot of them, we couldnt swim because the guests kids kept running jumping in the pool. Then they were kicking me in my bck while doing so and splashing water i made a complaint to the front desk and we all had to leave the pool side.

Staff was great. The facilities were under construction. Room was ok, but the draps were dirty and the ceiling had water damage on it.

First off, the worker up front treated everything as a joke. I had paid online and booked a room, and she then proceeded to swipe my card and charge me for two extra nights. The first room we were giving didn’t have working air, so I asked for a new room. The second room, there were bugs everywhere and the fridge didn’t work. I’m not able to get that extra charge back, because the manager wasn’t there and had pinned it off on the supervisor to handle it. Nothing was solved and I do not recommend staying here.

I'd like to start by commending the check in clwr at my check in, she did her best given the situation. Now why I'm dissapointed, houskeeping. The first room i got checked into had dishes in the sink and the were food crumbs everywhere.. Next room was clean but had roaches in it. The room i reserves for an associate had the fire alarm covered up with a bag 😚

Rude staff. Roaches in the rooms. Had to be moved to another room due to cleanliness and both rooms were disgustingly comparable. Toilets and shower were left a mess prior to our arrival. Would never return or recommend. We chose this place for the convenience of the location but was totally disappointed. Rooms overpriced for quality and condition. The GM even indicated that they are aware they have a roach problem. Whole place smelled like pesticides.
