So so
Upon arriving at the location it looked abandon cause it needed to cleaned on the outside ( pressure washing would help). Finally received the correct code to the key pad and smelled very cleaned. The front room looked just like the picture very good. The kitchen very nice except for no pans just a few pots and other people leftover supplies. The ants all over the sink when washing dishes didn't help cause they were crawling up my arm when cleaning up. The bedrooms are nice but the bed frame to the floor wasn't . They could be higher and needed rug underneath them cause they move every time I moved (falling hazard). your property is very nice for someone who doesn't plan on cooking much and is under 5"4. the bathroom very nice but you need to fix the hot water issue.

Girls Beach Trip
We had a great time in Pensacola during our beach trip! The unit was super cute and we wanted to comment that the couch is by far the best place to relax after a long day at the beach! It’s extremely comfortable. So, the area was actually peaceful but the neighborhood didn’t give us the best first impression. But this is why we don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The only thing we would recommend is a washer and dryer as we would have preferred to wash and dry our bathing suits and towels before making the trip home. Overall, we recommend and will come back in the future!

We got to the location and had to call the property manager to get our access code. She had to call someone else and called me back to say they had overbooked. We were the first ones there and they made us leave. That left us stranded with no where to stay for the weekend. We were issued a refund. It is also not in the most comfortable neighborhood as well.

A few bumps but no bruises..only sunburn!
We had a few bumps in our stay but at no fault to the owners of the rental. The issue got fixed to help prevent future issues so anyone reading this you are good! Communication was good just not the wee hours of the morning (sleeping I guess), again, honestly no fault to the owners. Was very nice, comfy, and cozy! Neighborhood was very quite so that was nice also!

The place was overall good. However having things like a can opener or larger items like a washer and dryer would definitely boost up this property. I do think that no washer and dryer should be noted before you book it. Also there was tons of broken glass in the front and side yard.
