Needs updating/

The stay was okay. It was an older hotel definitely could use some updating. The door to the hotel did not like to stay shut. Therefore, you had to make sure you secured it issues with the bathtub not wanting to drain. It is in a great location. I’m giving the hotel the rating that I’m gave it due to the simple fact that it definitely needs updating and we had to leave our reservation early due to a death in the family. We checked out early the front desk lady said that she could not give us a receipt because we booked through Hotels.com and that we would need to contact them. I contacted them. They said they had to reach out to the hotel to make sure that we did check out. I requested a refund for the days that we did not stay. They said they would have to check with the hotel. I got an email this morning telling me that they have reached out multiple times to the hotel and unable to give me a refund for the remaining days. I find this crazy for the simple fact that it states that if I do not show up from my reservation, they will charge me for one full day and any fees. Which I totally understand however I showed up from my reservation stayed two full days had a family emergency and requested a refund for the remaining days. The hotel tells me I need to contact the people I booked through the people I booked through. Tell me they have to contact the hotel. Something is not right with the situation so therefore I will not be booking with either one of these again.

Great location, exceptional service

We had a very warm welcome by Celia, she made us feel valued and was very courteous and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and Celia gave us tips where to go for a great dinner and what activities we can do. It was a great experience, mostly because of Celia and we are planning to come back for the next New Year’s Eve.

The hotel was clean and neet. The key did not work. I had to go back to the lobby to get it activated. This was quite annoying. The bedspread was very thin and the pillows were tiny. The refrigerator did not work very well. The breakast was packaged donuts and muffins. They also offered juice and fruit. Overall; the hotel was okay not great.

Another hotel with deceiving web advertisement.

Hotel is close to the beach. I will not stay in this hotel again due to overall poor condition. Curtain is dirty with blood stain, door have a gap that you can see the light outside, mini fridge is extremely dirty, bathroom need appropriate maintenance.

Great spot

We were there 3 days for Thanksgiving with family. The room was very clean, and other than not having a coffee pot in the room(which I've found very few in the under $100/night category do anymore) we had no problems. The staff was very polite and friendly and the location was close to everything we wanted!

The room had a horrible smell, it was not cleaned very well, the couch was old and very dirty. There were cob webs throughtout the room. Something black on the bathroom wall and the door has dark splatter marks that could hve easily been cleaned off. I took pics to show why not to stay there. Its not worth the price, but we needed a place to at least sleep

They do not provide coffee pot or clock in the room. I was told they came in and stripped the room of all extras by the staff. She didn't know why. Was disappointed in the location. You can not walk to the beach.
