No hot water for 2.5 days some of the staff very rude definatly not worth what id payed to stay there plus had to pay to park there

I would have given this hotel 5 stars but I give it a 4. Why? The WiFi was not working the entire week my wife and I were there. Room service does not change your bedsheets, you have to do it yourself. Beside that, Flo is an amazing employee there was very helpful!

There was a two hour delay in getting checked into room after arriving a hour after checkin time. Dirty towels left in closet of room. Staff freaked out amd quite or got fired during check in employee was super rude. Also after four days of being in the room I opened the microwave to warm some food amd there was left overs in there from the prior people who where in the room was scared to look but I believe there was maggots on the food that was left in the microwave. Will never go back waste of money

Great access to the main road and to restaurants. Great balcony views to the beach and water. Easy access to beach. Available beach chairs and umbrella for rent

Room was dirty, we used disinfectant on all surfaces that we might touch. Beds were clean and comfortable.
