This property was very unclean there was hair all in the bathtub and bathroom, the towels was very uses and pre-washed. This place remind me of a hood rat project place. You can never get the service attendent in the offices when you need them they were always gone somewhere. I reconmend no one to go to this place.

The lay out was bad, Check in desk on one end of building, had to go out side around corner to the "real entrance" to get to rooms. Ask for ground floor room which I received a handicap room which I accepted. Room poor layout, sink / vanity outside of the bathroom no lighting over sink & none close making use for shaving etc difficult (don't see how a female could use to do "her face". BR needed repair and not very clean.

Dear Guest, We are sorry that you had difficulty with the lay out of hotel. Regarding our side entrance, this is only used at night time. Reason is that you can normally go through the pool area while it is open between the hours of 7 a.m. through 10 p.m. to get to your room. After 10 p.m., all guests can use their room keys to get in side door and back door. Yes the handicap rooms have a different lay out than other rooms. We will speak to our maintenance department regarding the lighting in the sink area. We do hope that you will give us another try on your next visit here at The Red Roof Inn & Suites NAS/Corry Pensacola, Florida.

Sketchy area but close to restaurants

When we pulled up I was a bit afraid because the area looked sketchy. We checked in an the front desk clerk, Brian was friendly. The halls smelled awful. The pool was little and loud. It is on the first floor where we were and it was loud. The room was a bit rundown. It didn’t feel clean. I wanted to leave and find another room. It was last minute on the 4th weekend and assumed I wouldn’t get a refund so we stayed. There are sketchy people in the parking area as well as surrounding areas. We got home and a few days later was cutting my girls hair and one of them had lice. She had been laying in the floor of the hotel. My brother also had a room but got there late at night. His beds were dirty with hair and bodily fluid on them. His microwave and refrigerator were dirty. He called the front desk and they brought him some sheets. He went to Walmart and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the room himself. I would not recommend staying here. They had continental breakfast and the indoor pool but we were afraid to use either because of cleanliness.
