Dear Guest, We are sorry that you had difficulty with the lay out of hotel. Regarding our side entrance, this is only used at night time. Reason is that you can normally go through the pool area while it is open between the hours of 7 a.m. through 10 p.m. to get to your room. After 10 p.m., all guests can use their room keys to get in side door and back door. Yes the handicap rooms have a different lay out than other rooms. We will speak to our maintenance department regarding the lighting in the sink area. We do hope that you will give us another try on your next visit here at The Red Roof Inn & Suites NAS/Corry Pensacola, Florida.
