Location is good; room was clean, stairwell was very dusty and grimy. Breakfast offering could have been better. I am guessing they too are having staffing issues and so breakfast was offered in a paper bag. It worked, we were fed, coffee could have been stronger! There was an unruly guest that was really, really loud at night. It is the first time I have been honestly afraid to be somewhere.

Dear valued guest, Thank you for taking time to provide us with a rating and your feedback of your recent stay with us. I apologize for not meeting your expectations. Since covid , we have stop serving hot breakfast and decided on a grab and go breakfast with pretty good items. Our coffee is served from our local roasting company. I didn't see any notes of complaints of unruly guests, so there's nothing I can do about that part but, besides not serving hot breakfast, what could we have done to make your stay better?

Nice view of the bridge, but SO NOISY! Only one elevator was working, the aerator on the faucet in the sink was missing causing water to uncontrollably go all over. Bed was fine. Wish I could have been on a lower floor.

This hotel overbooked and when I checked in with a reservation made 2 weeks prior, they said “ sorry we are full” I was left on a Saturday night in a strange town with no room. They did not offer to contact the GM Shawanda or anyone else. They did not offer to help me locate a different hotel . The young man said “ this happens all the time , it’s the worst part of my job”

I am deeply sorry that you were put in this horrible situation, this should not have happened. I can assure you that this does not happen all the time. We should have been able to accommodate you and we failed and for that I apologize. I will take extra measures so that this will never happen again. I would like to make this right, I would like to offer you a free night stay with us on me. Once again I sincerely apologize.

I got to Hotel. I did get there earlier than their check-in time at 3pm. I did however send message through your site regarding me arriving earlier, between 10 am - 12 pm. When I got there I find out that my reservation was canceled. I never canceled. I opted to pay when I arrived. She still honored my price through Travelocity. Then i give her my card as I had enough for the charge. It declined because she fails to tell me I was also being charged a deposit fee of $40. Which I've never been told about. The hotel was ok. They were all friendly but some of these issues could be prevented.

I do apologize of not being informed of the $40 incidental fee. Every hotel charges a incidental fee but once you check out, that $40 does drop off. Thank you for your feedback and I will make sure I address this issue.
