We have created a welcoming home away from home for our family and friends and now extend it to you! Our home is all about location, space, privacy, and style. This is not a shared home. It is all yours. We are located just a block and a half away from all the shops and restaurants in Peoria Heights not to mention a few blocks walking distance to Grandview Drive, the Peoria Country Club, and Rock Island Trail. Our mid century modern style home is spacious and super comfortable. Each bedroom (there are two) features a queen size bed with designer bedding and ample closet space with shelves. There are also two full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs (newly remodeled). Our expansive kitchen has everything you would need for a short or extended stay including a butcher block island, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We also have a Keurig coffee machine with the assorted accoutrements needed for a fresh brewed cup of coffee or tea. We have convenient parking in our 2 car private coded garage and driveway in the back of the house. There is also plenty of additional free street parking in front of our property. Lastly, you can sit out on our cedar pergola front porch and relax with a cup of your choice every morning or end of the day!
