Handicap accessibility

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: No idea.
No mention of no elevator on the website. Upon arrival, only a second floor room was available....With a nonrefundable booking. We were lodged on the first floor in a pet accessable room Website stated no pets allowed. We were VERY UNHAPPY!

Convenient for Interstate travel.

Easy access off I-55. Reasonable accomdations to rest,shower and breakfast. Not many restaurants nearby,but for a late arrival and early departure it was more than adequate.

Wedding Weekend

Location: Had a great Sunday breakfast buffet at Ponderosa!
Stayed at this location while in town for a wedding. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were professional and courteous. I loved staying in a "no smoking" building! I'll stay here again!

the hotel made me feel welcome

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, close to wal mart
My mom had died, and upon short notice I was able to get into the hotel with no problems with them. The other local motels were full at the time.

good stay for every trip

i stayed here for one night, and it was pleasent stay. they got clean room, nice comfortable bed and most important is very very convinent and affordable price. i would recommend to everybody before you go somewhere else stop by to this hotel and i definatly stay here on my next trip.

Not for vacation but ok for business

Hey there, The front desk staff is ok, not to friendly not very helpful either. But in my case since I was traveling on business, know how to read a map and find my way around it was doable. But if you are need much assistance with getting around or directions forget asking the desk clerk. Not a lot for kids around the hotel they have a pool but only an outside one so that doesn't help the winter travelers or vacationers. The breakfast is adequate, not much in the form of taste but it will hold you for a bit. I have much better in my travels and many years of hotel stays. The room was musky even though it was a non-smoking room it was not a fresh clean smell. More like a stale old closet that has been closed up for many years. \n\nNow some good things, the hotel is in a excellent location directly off the highway. Many many stores around the hotel lots of restaurants too. They have everything from a dollar store to an upscale women clothing store, fast food, take out to family dinning. So if you are looking for a place to lay your head for the night or maybe two this is the place. If you are looking to stay a longer time visiting friends, family or vacation not the place for you then.\n\nGood Luck and Happy Travels
