We had a pleasant stay overall. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for our visit. Special mention to the breakfast buffet team—awesome young people who went out of their way to assist and ensure everything was running smoothly. We booked two rooms; both were tidy but had stained carpets, which could use some attention. Despite this, the cleanliness and upkeep were satisfactory. We would definitely stay again on our next visit, thanks to the excellent service and overall comfort.

5 Comments below The Club staff especially Mina and Andre were very helpful and made the stay special. We appreciated the gifts of sparkling wine and chocolates. We were disappointed that we couldn't get a night cap on Christmas Day without ordering a meal. We had already eaten at the club lounge. The water pressure from shower and taps was a bit light on. There was only one tub chair in the room and we asked for another (2 adults only one chair). It never came. Otherwise we would be happy to return.

A bit disappointed

Due to needing to stay for business work purposes Major Motors. The room was not that clean, very disappointing especially on hearing so much about it. Not sure if it was cleaned fast by staff but rubbing was left behind the fridge cabinet & also the sofa curtains. The shower area was a bit yuck from the floor having hairs on it so we had to wear out thongs on our feet when having a shower. The aircon on 18 wasn’t even keeping the room cool at all so we barely got any sleep tossed turned all night with heat. The bed had small tiny black things we actually thought it was fleas or bed bugs so that grossed us out.

Extremely helpful service plus the receptionist did everything to help our stay be smooth. We arrived early and she gave us an earlier checkin and gave an hour later check out complimentary. Also gave 2x drinks vouchers to use in the bar.

Bit sad really . Once a premium business hotel now a low rent tourist , fifo short stay transit hotel . Service is hopeless, breakfast pitiful and virtually no staff speak English and are clueless. Clearly on low wages . Have stayed there hundreds of times over the years but no more .

Fantastic stay at this hotel - our third time and certainly the best. Hotel has undergone upgrades so really looked fantastic and felt brand new. Lovely helpful staff on reception - very chatty, helpful and genuine (Dutch lady I believe - sorry don't remember name but top customer service). Extended my check out time due to cancelled Jetstar flights too without even asking. Lovely bar and lounge area and nice easy stroll into the CBD or Swan River.

The Pan Pacific was a perfect stay for heading to the Dom Dolla concert that was a 10 minute walk from Wellington square, very friendly and helpfull staff the breakfast area is amazing but like all hotels stay AWAY from the minybar😅 the prices are a bit steep ie the cheese and crackers which is a little 3 crackers 3 cheese packet you get from Coles for $2 being $7 😮 otherwise perfect stay

Loved our five night stay

Loved our stay at Pan Pacific Perth. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Will stay again if we visit Perth. Perfect undercover entrance Thoroughly enjoyed the Pan Pacific club benefits in Monty’s, canapés and drinks Night light in the bathroom was a great idea. The lead on the kettle didn’t quite reach the power point on the cupboard, we boiled the kettle in the bathroom.

One week stay at Pan Pacific hotel

We stayed at a high floor so room was more expensive and renovated.I chose a river view premier room but could not see much of the river view. But I must say the staff,generallly were very helpful and well trained.
