Room was fine desk staff seemed .a. was rude woman was helpfull but seemed more i terested in cleani g than guest. Cannot believe resturaunt charged full price for crapy meal in a box.

It was great. The restaurant had tasty food and the breakfast vouchers were generous. The person checking me in forgot to give me the breakfast vouchers when I checked in so I didn't get breakfast my first morning, but everything other than that was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

Lady at check seemed distracted. Never told me about the hotel and what was available. Felt like she could care less that I was there. Just wanted to check me in and be done with me. When we got to our room there was a repair man there to repair the curtain. He was very nice and helpful. Greeted me by my name and showed us about the new entertainment system.

But the pictures of the king room did not match the king room was lower quality than pictured. Also was not given any restaurants breakfast meal vouchers or told how to get the breakfast I paid for on Expedia when I checked in so I assumed that the breakfast card on the bed was the included breakfast. It was not it was an additional 40+ dollars so the next morning I went and talked to the front desk and received the voucher for the second day and was told I would be refunded 28$ for the first breakfast 14$ for each of us, my fiancé and myself. Still haven’t seen the refund.

Friendly staff. Room was beautifully updated. Tried to charge $10/night for parking and Travelocity said free parking. No microwave in room but front desk offered to bring one up if desired. Good size refrig, nice view, clean, comfy, spacious room. Excellent workspace and plenty of plugs and USB ports.

Nice stay

We stayed 1 night for a retirement party. All was very good. The only gripe we can have is regarding the "dog policy". My husband has a certified service dog. The paperwork was extensive and basically a waiver for relenquising your dog - certified or not, if the animal causes any desturbances. Which a certified service dog would not do in the 1st place. We have never been questioned or denied access to this extent in any of the hotels or restaurants that we have visited.

Needs maintenance

I reserved this for my parents. The room size and view were fine, but the maintenance issues seriously detracted from the experience. The thermostat was broken and the heat had to be manually adjusted; the heater was noisy and either blowing too-cold air or too-hot air. The reading lamp in the sitting area did not work. The sink had a large crack. Although the bed was comfortable, the heater noise and lack of thermostat made for a poor night's sleep. I'd expect more from a Sheraton, especially since it's currently the only upscale hotel in town. Looking forward to the Petaluma Hotel's renovations to be completed as it will provide another option for my out-of-town guests.
