What a phenomenal place!! The house was Clean, and so comfortable. Everything We need was ready and available in the home. The host was especially Phenomenal and promt‼️‼️We enjoyed our Vacation here we experienced HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

Won't be Using Vrbo Ever Again
I'm not too familiar with Petersburg but this neighborhood was not appealing to me. However, the exterior of the property looked okay. Unfortunately, I cannot speak on the conditions of the interior. I did not receive the information needed to access the property until around 9 pm the day I was supposed to check in which was four hours after we had arrived in the area. I had attempted to contact the host several times throughout the day to no avail. Then I spent an hour on the phone with VRBO. Believing I had be ghosted by the host, I made other accommodations. Thus, by the time I received the access code, I had already checked us into a hotel in another city. Host did call me on Sunday to apologize for situation. VRBO representative said they would be processing a refund. However, after reading several reviews of VRBO on consumer websites, I will be seeking remedy through PayPal and my bank.

Great location, owner/manager very nice,
Minor issues, and I am sure he will address them fir the next renters. If we come back this way we would consider to rent it again.
