The hotel was clean enough and the staff was friendly enough. In the room, I went to turn on lights and bulbs were missing. Do people steal them now? At 3 a.m. a man banged on our door, looking for Joe. It was Super Scary. The hotel needs to complain to the town council or something. The area was bright enough, and we were on the 2nd floor. This should NOT happen. Guess what? The man returned 45 minutes later. I called the desk. They said someone came to them as well!! I’m thinking security system? We hurriedly checked out and we’re scared getting into our vehicle.

sorry for that but here nothing to scared sir its safe, people are nice here.we or other guest never felt like that and the guy knock your door bcoz he thought his friend still stayed in that room and about that light bulb if you let us know we can put new one and yes some people stole stuff but how can we stop them? sorry for your inconvenience

Nice new decor, good sized room with a comfy chair, very friendly staff. On the down side the walls were thin and it was not super clean in the corners. Got us off the road and a decent nights sleep. There was a great little grill right next door/ good food and good price, with a family of five we all found something we liked.

This place is a dump! The bed was comfortable, and the countertop in the bathroom was clean. The baseboards around the room were absolutely scuzzy, dirt and hair clinging to them. If I hadn’t paid for the room in advance, I would have left! In fact, I considered leaving and just chalking it up as a loss, but the area was having an ice/snow storm, and I didn’t want to go back out on the road. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason!

Clean and quiet

I thought the room was a great deal for the price. Yes it was small but it had a king sized bed, it was clean and the room was warm and comfortable.  I travel a lot for work and have stayed in worse rooms that cost more money. The breakfast was juice, coffee, cereal, toast, waffles, and pastries. It was a five star hotel but for what I paid I could not have expected anything more. I will stay here again in future trips to the area.

Poor customer service and racial comments made for an uncomfortable stay.

Cons: cusomer service staff

This staff was friendly and the accomodations were just right for a night or two.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, friendly staff
A good bargain.The desk staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and a good size. Lots of places to eat nearby. A perfect place to stay for a night or two when your on the road.

Close to Ft. Lee

Our trip was for graduation at Ft. Lee. The hotel was located within 10 minutes to the Main Gate. The hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. Would stay there again.
