We had issue with our tv, and lock. Resolved quickly. Pool looked dirty on Monday when supposed to been drained and refilled and shocked.(Children we’re in it all weekend)

Got there early, no one at front counter for at least 15 minutes, left and came back. Checked in, went to room, turned on TV, only had one channel, remote didn’t work, so no tv. Let front desk know, said they would send someone, no one ever showed up. Ceiling stained with leak stains, and pieces falling off ceiling. Entrance floor slippery wife almost fell walking in room. And breakfast in a bag to go. Not sure if it’s a pandemic issue or management issue.

Avoid this place! Very disappointed. Room does not have a hair dryer. Some of the rooms have loose locks. Some door locks looks like someone was breaking into the rooms. Don’t trust pictures.

Location was good for us. Cleanliness was on the lower end. Mold on seat in shower, sticky floors in bathroom. But overall breakfast was great. Unfortunately when we stayed there was a problem with the pool being overcrowded and the fire lights went off on Sat and they couldn't fix them so we had to move our room to 2nd floor VERY inconvenient for us. And they didn't get fixed till the next day and the pool was still closed on Mon when we left. Staff was friendly and tried there best.

This was by far the worst hotel experience so far that I’ve ever had. Within 10 mins of me checking in the toilet clogged and overflowed. Confronted the front desk and was told that it would be fixed. Came back after a couple of hours from an event and met my room door cracked opened as if someone was in there. Therefore, I did not feel safe going in and again confronted the front desk about my concern. His response “ there’s surveillance videos all around and I can vouch that it’s safe”. Me already being tired from a very long day decided to go back to my room. I decided to do a double check of the bathroom before using it afterwards and found feces underneath it, and to make matters worse, there were long strands of hair all over the comforter as well as the sheets. It was obvious that the sheets were not changed previously. My younger brother urinated during the night and we woke up to our entire room flooded. All of our bags were completely drenched. We still had another night of stay so I asked for a new room if possible from the front desk. We were told that there were not any at the time so we decided to check out and find a new hotel for the last day of stay. After going to the front desk with our soaked bags as proof of what we experienced we were offered another room that just became available within 5-10 mins of expressing our concerns, at which I denied because I did not want to replay what happened the first time around. They also issued us a full refund.
