No one at front counter when we arrived at 10 PM. It took a lot of phone calls and a 1/2 hour to have someone check us in. Stayed for 3 nights, every night upon returning, our room key didn’t work, which required a trip back to the front counter. Room smelled mildew and moldy. There was an actual layer of cruddy dirt on the bathroom shelves under the sink where our clean bath towels were sitting. I know you get what you pay for but all customers want is clean and decent hospitality. Fortunately the bed seemed clean and was comfortable. I would have checked out after the 1st night if circumstances allowed. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and have never written any review, let alone a bad review like this one.

Limited tv channels and tv picture was washed out. Hotel lobby is in a state if renovation. Good value for price. Convenient access to shopping and restaurants.
