Lots of Space
Like the neighborhood, this property has potential that has not been fully realized. With a little more work and TLC, this house could be really nice. I have given some suggestions to the owner. It is a large place with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The living room is spacious and there is a nice deck on the roof. There are signs on the street that say limited parking, but the rules are not enforced. The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy, but it is probably okay if you are just vigilant, especially at night (we drove everywhere). Girard St is not far and there are restaurants and a grocery there. You can also order in. The kitchen at the house is pretty bare bones, so I would not plan on doing much cooking. The front bedroom does not have darkening curtains and the street is loud. Earplugs are a good idea. Various things needed batteries, so you might want to bring some AA and AAA batteries. Also an extra kitchen towel. And some hand soap. And there are only 4 coffee mugs. You get the idea….
