I didn’t like the room service.. food served on paper plates, they forgot part of my order and the food was horrible

Great location. Excellent price. Rooms were clean and big. Elevators are slow . Give yourself time to get to and from your room. The wait can be 10 minutes , we walked down 11 flights of stairs to get to lobby, the free breakfast had a lot of selections for a free buffet but the floor was filthy and sticky . Kind of made me not want to eat,

Haven’t been to this hotel for about 3 years but was disappointed in the room and service. I have stayed here many times before in previous 10 years prior to this weekend Upgrade to the room was just ok, $250 a night and we left the do not disturb sign on the door when we left for the day, when we returned no room made up . Called downstairs and they said did you leave the do not disturb door hanger on the door , “of course I did” duh!! , how long do you wait to make up the darn room , really?? How many of you accidentally left the do not disturb sign on your door when leaving your room, give me a break. So I called up at 5 pm can you please make up the room now , sure they said, come back at midnight - no room made up no towels, dirty bathroom, sheets , everything left the same way we left it , exactly what I want from a $250 a night hotel, incredible service not! So they took off $100 for the 2 night, big deal, overall experience was bad, free breakfast was meh! Ate at Marathon diner the second day, I needed something other than bulk food. probably won’t stay here again for that kind of money! Really disappointed. Whoever is running that place is doing a good job of running it into the ground.

The breakfast was over the top fantastic. Don't go late or you will be standing in line or worse waiting for a table. Had laundry facilities. Travelocity didn't reveal parking was $56/day. Valet was mandatory so wait for car around 5-10 minutes. Wait for elevators typically 10 minutes. Had to take the stairs 95% of the time. So make sure you get a room on the first 6 floors only! Didn't provide 2nd bar of soap for shower or extra roll of toilet paper so had to special order. Must get breakfast tickets at front desk for every single day or you can't get in. They gave them to me at check-in but were one day short so had to go back to front desk again. Would not go back unless I was forced.

Great location! Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Loved the free cocktail hour! The rooms are modern and cool. I do think the architects were trying a little too hard when they conceived the floor plan, but it is unique. Drawbacks: Bathroom was a little small and There were tons of young athletes in the building for some huge track event so it got pretty loud on Saturday night. They could have done better with sound proofing.

In town for Fleetwood Mac concert which got cancelled. Drowned our sorrows at the free happy hour which was from 5-7:30. A nice perk! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options...more than other hotel breakfasts. Room was very spacious and clean...would definitely stay here again!
