Worst place I have stayed since I was a broke teenager. Dirty, smelly, also smelled like smoke. Rugs dirty, old and patched all I we the place. Just awful. Not like any other Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at.

Very hard to give a review since we had a limited stay but what contact we did have with staff and the facility itself deserve top marks

The first room we got had not been cleaned at all. Beds not made etc. the second room had dirt and random hairs (GROSS!) on the bed. The furniture was beat up. The tv wouldn’t power on. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers. If it wasn’t so late when we checked in, we would have left and stayed somewhere else. Eight hours was too long to stay in that dump.

The awesome and friendly staff and the breakfast are the only saving grace for this hotel. The room was mediocre, not very clean but we only needed it for a night.

booked and paid on line though Travelocity. Got there and they said they needed to run my card for incidentals. they charged my card 283.00. I called multiple times to get this taken care of. Kept getting put on hold. Said some one would call me back. they never did. called again. said they took care of it. said I would see credit to my card in 3 days. a week went by still not credited. called again. put on hold 4 times. still not taken care of! Wont go back!!!!
