The elevator was not working ver well so used the stairs. We were only on the 3rd floor but it could have been a hassle if we were higher or we had a lot of bags.

I was disappointed that we had only a double bed. My spouse has major back issues and needs more room to stretch out. Was not good for his back at all.

Hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was very nice. Only one minor problem -- Our room was not made up after our first night. Had to request at least some clean towels for the morning. Otherwise-- all was good. Thank you

the train whistle and the staff treated me like some kind of criminal, I got bit by bugs in my sleep and nothing was cleaned

The property was really nice and clean. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast options were decent selection of healthy protein, fruit and grains as well as sweet treats! They only con I have is that the elevator was slow and the pool wasn’t open.
