A little noisy as our room faced Front St and I-95. Very convenient for walking the historical district and lots of bars/dining within a few blocks.

Pros: The check in lady was kind and smiled. That’s it!
Cons: Everything!
Location: Old town in 10 minutes away.
First the staff are nice, but the room was horrible! No refrigerator in the room, the ac was very loud and we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was tiny and the towels were super rough like sandpaper. The bed was hard as a rock. There weren’t extra pillows or blankets in the closet like most hotels. They only gave you 1 individual coffee in the room, the ice machine was only on 1 floor so we constantly had to go to a different floor to get ice. The hotel restaurant was way over priced with a limited menu. My son on the kid menu has 1 egg with potatoes and a waffle. I had two eggs with ham, he had water and I had coffee and a small on, $60! The dinner menu was weak only a handful of items so we went out. I tried to print my Amtrak ticket, the printer didn’t have ink so the first page was blank, we requested help. I did inquire about getting credit for having to go the internet while printing an airplane boarding pass was free. He said he would look into it, minutes and printing fee was $5.95.

Not as nice as before/just a great location

Room is dated, no hot water, scratchy towels, overly priced food and parking. If you are ready this do yourself a favor and go with a different location to stay.

Nice place, perfectly located.

The Travelocity reservation we made was even better than we thought: when we approached the hotel, we saw the sign that valet parking was $49 per day. It includes unlimited in/out privileges, so in a big city, it's worth doing. However, when we checked in, we found that the rate we paid (which we were VERY pleased with) included the parking! We traveled with a dog and had no problems. We have a very well-mannered dog: no barking, never allowed on any furniture, friendly. This is a pet-friendly hotel, but I'm sure they have seen their share of problems. We didn't have any. It was very clean--no sign at all that it was worn or dirty from being pet friendly, so we were very pleased.

Very good location but overpriced

Pros: Location is very good. About 10 min walk from the Independence Hall.
Cons: The heather in the room is very noisy...almost impossible to sleep. I was charged $6.50 for a glass of milk for a child.
Location: The hotel is located right on the edge of historic city center across from famous City Tavern.

Great hotel!

Pros: Responsive staff.
Cons: See description of my experience.
Location: Lots of things to do nearby, but I was in Philadelphia to attend a conference, which kept me busy.
The facilities were nice, and the staff was EXTREMELY responsive. There was an issue with my room, which was addressed in a matter or minutes. Plus, the representative provided me with complimentary perks for the minor inconvenience. The only "complaint" I can cite is the fact that I asked for a late 'check out' and was only granted an extra 30 minutes despite the fact that I checked in after midnight my first night. However, I got the impression that service is important at this location and that if I had really pressed the issue with a manager, my request for another 1.5 hours likely would have been granted.
