I enjoyed the staff. They all were very welcoming. Clean pool/hot tub. Clean rooms.

The price for the rooms was good and they were nicely decorated, but we got charged an extra $88 for a pre-paid package. Also the hot water was out most of the day for 3 out of my 4 day stay. The service in restaurant was VERY slow. The housekeeping, front desk, and bellman were excellent. We stayed here due to wedding in same hotel and would not go again.

Unbidden, was given an upgrade to a suite, which was beautiful! Shuttle drivers were friendly and easily accessible, showing up quickly whenever called. Truly a lovely experience all around!

Nice lobby and friendly staff

Pros: lobby,friendly staff
Cons: new carpeting and cleaner room
Location: Valley Forge. Casino and the Philadelphia childrens Hospital
I was a little disappointed with the room. The rugs were dated and the room had an odor. The shower did not work properly but the staff did apologize when notified. All in all I would have expected a little more from a Sheraton.

Pretty but loud

The facility looked nice inside and out. However, my room was on the same floor as the the ballrooms. So, it was loud and the staff was loud. The cleaning staff was extremely loud in the hallways & while cleaning other rooms. The room was non-refundable, but they wouldn't even let me change the date or pay a change date fee. I would not recommend this hotel. The only positive was that it was near the king of Prussia mall and clean.
