We wanted to check in early at 11 fully knowing that we wouldn’t get in our room yet. Hey said they could not. We wanted to pay cash when checking out and they said no. The bathroom needed update. You could hear every noise in hallway including the elevator ding.

It was very noisy up til about 11pm, people cursing all evening and music playing til. 11pm. Need to be more breakfast choices beside one kind of sandwhich to be warmed up. Was not impressed with limited menu at the restaurant, but the food we got was good.

Outstanding customer service! Clean, friendly great accommodations for my sister with her wheelchair. Not great that my phone was stolen but that was not the hotel's fault!!

Our stay was disappointing. i expected the hotel overall to be in better condition. We had drinks at the end of our day at the bar in the hotel which had one bartender who had to make our dessert order himself as the said the chef refuses. The bar had a fair amount of people at it and the service was poor along with the clean up. Just disappointing as we rarely do weekend away and this was where we were. we will not stay her again.
