The place and the area looked sketchy. I did not feel safe. The room was missing a comforter and chairs. Just bed sheets and a table. Not worth to spend $$ for one night at this hotel.

The front desk lady was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. She refused to switch my room and lied about being sold out when I saw several empty rooms. Despite the fact that I informed her that I have asthma and allergies she would not switch my room that reeked of smoke and cigarettes. There were bikers blasting their musics for hours and the 'security guard' did nothing to help either. I actually left after a few hours and spent the night on my cousin's sofa even tho she lived a lot farther from the airport. I was not given refund either. There was mold and rust stains in the tub and sink and the phone didn't work and was absolutely filthy. No blankets provided either. This place needs to be demolished immediately !!

HI Lisa, I could not issue a refund, with you being in the room for 4 hours and then requested a refund and not a room move b/c of smoke smell. our security guard went over to the car you said that was blasting music and guest was removed from our property. i apologize for the inconvenient with it being the weekend we did not have anywhere else to move you after being in the room for several hours.

That picture is of a place that does not exist as far as I saw. Staff was ok at check in but the shampoo in the vending machine and bullet proof service window got me worried. The room “stinks” was the first word from my daughter, and I soon got bit by a bug. I started thinking it would be good for a CSI Philly but then thought maybe too real. We checked out after 10 minutes to no apparent surprise of the front desk staff. Definitely avoid.

there were cigarette burns on the bedspreads and on the tub. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. It smelled of smoke covered up by some awful room spray. couldn't get TV to work, and the phone did not work, so couldn't call the desk. Very scary place. Picture is NOT the picture for this place. Picture looks like it might be of Wyndham Gardens, which is up the street a little.

This has to be the worst place i ever seen dirty laundry. Bullet hole in door. Stank. I rather stayed in my car. It's nothing like it looked online. I hate it here😔😔😔
