Check in is at 4 and they didn’t have a room ready till almost 6. And no one was really helpful about it. They just brushed it off. Must happen a lot.

You spend the money they charge for the room and you expect the room to be in better condition than it was. Wall paper pealing. Water difficult to heat up in sink but shower was fine. The ceiling in room is peeling and looks like it is in poor condition. Rust on the bathroom vanity. Furniture was evidently worn to the point where you can see the plywood underneath . Frankly you cannot charge 314 dollars for one of the nights and use the term (luxury hotel) with the state of the room. The staff was great and friendly. The lobby was very nice.The room despite the condition was very clean. So overall it was a decent stay. The worn down condition of the room was just not something that matches the price.

Nice hotel. You could tell it was a little older, but still in decent condition and clean. My only real beef is that they said they had parking for $50/night. We took that to mean that they had a garage specifically for the hotel, but turns out that was not the case and we ended up having to park several blocks away - kind of a pain with suitcases to drag around.
