Absolutely loved this property. Every detail was impeccably well thought out. We had three meals here- two dinners and a breakfast and they were all amazing (and we have really high standards!) The rooms were large and beautifully finished. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! Every single staff member we encountered was helpful, friendly and down to earth. We stayed here en route to another destination, but we’ve decided to make this our destination next time! Can’t say enough positive things about this place, it’s our new favorite.

Very friendly and professional staff

When we originally arrived we were disappointed to find that the resort had been overbooked and that we would have to travel to a sister resort nearby. The night manager was very apologetic and offered a complimentary dinner for our inconvenience. The restaurant had a beautiful view of the grounds and the food was equally amazing. After dinner we checked back with the night manager about our future accommodations. I informed her that I was staying at the hotel for work nearby and not vacation and would have to move my wife potentially twice in two days. The manager was very understanding and rechecked for available rooms. At this point since it was later in the evening she was able to accommodate us at the resort. I know this is not how most people would like to start a business trip, but I truly appreciate and acknowledge how the night manager and staff was able to minimize our discomfort after a long day of travel from east to west coast.
