NECESSARY RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Because we care about the guest experience, we must ensure that each home is treated with respect for the following guest. Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home:
-You Must be 33 years of age to book this home
-A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
-NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed
-Standard occupancy is limited to 10 guests - each additional guest up to max occupancy of 12 guests is $100 more per person per night.
-No loud noise after 9 pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
-A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
-Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
-Reservations are non-refundable
After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC (as we do not charge a security deposit). You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
