The fact that a unknown 40 hold was put on my debit card concerned me, but then it showed up twice. So after i paid online for my room for 3 days, the hotel had an 80 dollar hold on my budget. They said they would look into it. They swore i was wrong or that it was the banks fault. After the last complaint, one of the charges magically disappeared in seconds. The room was nice, the stay wasnt bad and the breakfast was excellent but the money situation put a dark cloud over the entire stay.

The price was okay. The first room we were sent to smelt very musty. They very easily changed rooms for us. The check in staff were very sweet and understanding. The check out was a little confusing. I was told by the night time staff that they would print my receipt in the morning when I checked out, but then I was told by the morning staff I would get it through email. I asked for it right then and there because they charge a $40 incident fee that would be reimbursed upon check out. They printed a receipt. It didn’t have the amount I paid on it, nor did it have the incident charge on it. I asked if I could the correct receipt. They said they don’t have it because the incidental charge doesn’t have a receipt. And the wrong amount on the receipt they printed was something about Expedia have the correct amount and they can’t print it. I hope I get reimbursed without issues.

Because it's not an actual charge, there is not a receipt for it. Also, because you booked and paid for your room through Travelocity, the receipt comes from them as well. Our toilet would not flush. Maintenance came to plunge and dripped toilet water on the seat, used our bath towel to wipe off. Next morning it still would not flush. Clerk offered us points at checkout but we are not members and she could do nothing else because we booked through travelocity.
