The property is all one level, and has three guest rooms available (rented separately). The Queen Suite features a Queen size bed, full sized dresser, and a private bath with a tiled shower. All rooms are fully equipped with all the essentials; linens, towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some premium features include; iron and ironing board, hair dryer, first aid kit, feminine hygiene products, microwave and mini fridge, bowls, plates, glasses, and eating utensils, sound machine, fan, space heater, space coolers, alarm clock, and charging towers for all your devices and we also provide each guest with 64oz of filtered water to use for the duration of their stay. Each room is also equipped with wifi access and Roku TV with free access to a variety of streaming channels available.
The queen suite shares a common entryway with our king suite, guests in these suites will be able to access their private room through Entrance B, using a key-less coded lock on both the entry door as well as their private room door. These codes will be provided via messenger prior to arrival.
The common entryway features a number of amenities available for all guests to use. Including a Keurig coffee maker with a selection of coffee, tea, cocoa, and cider to choose from, and some light pre-packaged breakfast items such as donuts, oatmeal, and granola. This space also features a laptop and printer for guests to use to print tickets or look up directions.
Guests also have access to the exterior patio, courtyard, and fire pit areas, and are welcome to use all exterior amenities including fire pit/grill. Please just be mindful of fire hazards.
Our systems have been set up to be entirely autonomous, and self-serve, so as to provide our guest a more private experience during their stay. However, we will reach out during your stay to check in on you, as well as provide you any necessary information. We are on the premise (in an area separate from your space), and you will likely see us around the property. We are available to help with anything you need during your stay, and are always happy to stop and chat for a minute if you would like a more involved/interactive experience, but aim to provide you with as much privacy as possible. Other things to know:
We are very pet friendly, and are not restrictive on breeds or types of pets. However we do ask you provide us details about your pet prior to booking as some of our rooms are not well suited for bigger or multiple pets.
The neighborhood is very quiet. It is a dead end county island road so there is not much traffic, and no street lights. Each property has about an acre of land so the homes are not right on top of one another. Many of the neighbors have farm animals including chickens, horses, cows, donkeys, and goats.
The nearest bus stop is about a 1/4 mile away, make a left out of the neighborhood, and the bus stop will be just before the next street up.

- Pets must be on leashes while in common areas, on the premise, also please pick up after your dog in the yard (doggie bags provided in your bathroom)
- Neighborhood quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.
- No smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area which is located towards the front west corner of the house (side opposite of the parking area).
